The team came top of the European RLCS this season, and its three players are at the top of the all-time earnings list for Rocket League.
Their next tournament will be played under the Dignitas banner at the Rocket League World Championships in London in June, where they’ll be defending their title.
‘I couldn’t be more excited to work with such talented gamers, who have, time and time again, proven themselves as one of the world’s best gaming teams,’ Michael ‘ODEE’ O’Dell, GM of Dignitas, told Mail Esports.
‘From watching them play, it is clear that they are confident in each other and their skill; but what we will do for them at Team Dignitas will help them develop further. I’m thrilled that I can attend the World Championships in my hometown of London to watch them perform next month.’
Team Dignitas is one of the longest running esports franchises, currently fielding eight teams in seven esports. It was acquired by the Philadelphia 76ers and Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment in 2016.
With this new acquisition, they’ve added the Rocket League world champions to the organisation which also has the women’s CS:GO World Champions, and the currently number one seeded NBA 2K League team, 76ers Gaming Club.
